This page is a list of common problems. It has the name of the classified problem and has a brief description. This is just a few of the more popular problems. Our staff of pony scientists are always discovering more diseases.
Nurse Applejack
1. Shake rattle n' roll- When your pony makes a rattling noise on the inside it might meant that the ponies tail was once pulled out and the metal clip that held the tail in place the first time has come undone. If you shake your pony and hear a noise this is probably the reason of the problem. The tail plug might still remain in the ponies body (easy to fix in most cases).
2. Buzz cuts- When a pony has had a hair cut. (Hair supply is limited, it would help if the pony had a donor!!!! Rather easy to fix if have a donor, after implant you do have to gentle with brushing the hair though)

Shedding-
Many times flocked ponies will lose
their fuzz either from old age or lots of
loving! (we do not have the greatest cure at this time...minor problems can be
fixed...we offer not grantees, supplies are limited. This procedure is not yet
perfected. Hard to fix)
4. Sun Bleached Hair- We give ponies the Posey pink treatment, this is when their hair has lost its pinkness.

Now for the fine print.
Not all problems are fixable to 100%. Seaport and his staff work very hard to make your filly look like new. There are no guarantees. If your pony gets lost in shipping we are not responsible for it. If your pony needs hair please send a donor (donors don't always have to be another pony!!!) because supplies are very limited.
